Registration and login
How do I register to access RSL Rewards?

If you are a financial RSL member in Victoria you are automatically an RSL Rewards member. You need your RSL membership number to login along with your date of birth. Your membership number can be found on your RSL card.

 

Following your initial login, you will need to update your contact information, including email address and password. This updated information is then to be used for all future logins.

 

Nominated passwords must be a minimum of 6 characters with 1 number and 1 special character.

 

User Accounts are locked for 30 mins after 10 incorrect login attempts in 24-hour period. Once you have updated your details and created a password, you will then be sent an email confirm your email is correct. You need to click the link within this email to complete your registration and enable your online account.

 

Forgot Password?

Forgot your password? No problems just click ‘Forgot your password?’ on the login page and follow the steps to reset your password.

 

Login Issues?

If you have trouble logging in the first time, first check that you have entered in your correct membership number and your date of birth in the correct format (e.g. DD/MM/YYYY). Membership numbers are 7 characters long. If you still cannot login, please contact your RSL Sub-branch to update your details.

How do I edit my profile?

At your initial login, you will be asked to update your contact details. Should these change in the future, you can update your details by clicking ‘My Account’ in the top search bar. Once you have updated your details click ‘save’.

Are there different levels of reward access for RSL members?

No. Although there are a range of RSL memberships including Service, Affiliate, Community and Social, everyone who is an RSL member can access the RSL Rewards program at either participating Sub-Branches (56) or at rslrewards.com.au.  

Will points be automatically deducted and will I be able to see this next time I swipe at a kiosk?

Yes, points will update as you earn and use your points.

Will I be able to see what I have redeemed my points for (including items from the Rewards website) by swiping at the kiosk?

No. While the Kiosk will show when you have redeemed and the amount of points used it won’t show what rewards your points have been redeemed on. You will be able to see your order history on the website.

Ordering
How long will it take to receive my rewards order?

As soon as you place your reward redemption you will receive an order confirmation via email. Deliveries can take approx. 6-8 weeks. If you have not received your delivery after this period, please contact info@rslrewards.com.au or call 1300 157 881.

Are reward points or prices inclusive of GST and delivery?

All rewards are inclusive of GST and delivery within Australia.

What is the Wishlist for and how do I use it?

The Wishlist is where you can save your favourite rewards. Items added to your list can then be easily accessed for when you want to redeem them.

Payment and invoicing
How can I order my chosen reward(s)?

You can use your available points balance to redeem a reward, or use points + payment which is made by a credit or visa debit card or a full credit/debit card payment.  

What if I don’t have enough points to purchase the product that I want?

You can pay for the remaining balance with a credit or debit card.

How can I donate to the RSL?

You can only make a donation using you points on rslrewards.com.au. If you would like to contribute more through a payment you can go to the Poppy Appeal website: poppyappeal.com.au or the ANZAC Appeal website: anzacappeal.com.au to do so.

Delivery
How long will it take to receive my reward?

Whilst every endeavour will be made to deliver your reward as soon as possible, please allow 6-8 weeks for physical delivery of reward items. If you have renewed your RSL membership or made a contribution to an Appeal, this will be done automatically.

If you wish to have your reward arrive in time for Christmas 2017 please note the following order cut-off dates:

  1. RSL Merchandise – order before 14 December 2017 
  2. Gift Cards – order before 17 December 2017 (delivered via email)
  3. All other rewards products – order before 24 November 2017
Can I get my order delivered to a home or to my PO Box?

Delivery can only be made to a physical address within Australia. We cannot deliver to PO Box’s or international addresses.

Returns
Can I change my mind & return my reward?

No reward returns are accepted for change of mind.

I have received incorrect/ damaged stock

If you have received the incorrect item or damaged stock, please contact the RSL Rewards Customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order on 1300 157 881 or at info@rslrewards.com.au. We will then arrange to exchange incorrect items or replace damaged / faulty stock.

Points
When will my points expire?

Unless otherwise specified by RSL Victoria, any unused points will automatically expire:

a) at the end of the calendar year (31st December) immediately following the year in which they were issued. That is, points issues in 2015 will expire on 31st December 2016. or

b) on membership lapsing due to renewal fee not paid by its due date (31st January) or

c) on cancellation of membership
